Oh yes, Mom I believe this is it! You remember that Joe and I were a part of an advocacy group: ADAPT? Well, I still am a part of it, as I think you may already know. I still have Joe’s ADAPT Tee’s & others. Maybe I could make a small one~quilt or like a throw, if I could do it, that is! Mom??? Love & miss you both so much!!!!! Stay warm ❤️

If somehow you could get over here, I have the quilt frame and all that. Have you looked at these videos, they are quite long but this woman has all kinds of tips for getting it done. I knew it was possible but never saw these until now so thought I’d send them on for you to look at.Maybe somehow they would make the best little quilt that you had mentioned before. I like her step by step instructions.

I need to get some out and pratice abit, but they need to be washed well, I haven’t worn some I’m thinking would work in a long time so they need a little freshen up and pressing probably.

Ive made these too and keep in mind some t-shirts are too thin our stretchy unless you put a backing on them. I always stick to using the heavier weight t-shirts.

It is amazing how many see the post and instead of reading thinking planning and Measuring. People see the post drive to the fabric store, expect the cashier to tell them what to get how to complete it and how much you’ll need then complain about the cost and expect discounts. Please read and take notes first.

A big part of my wardrobe are t shirts I bought to commemorate some special event or trip. I have seen this type of quilt just recently and the shirts looked as though they were never worn. I guess I’ll need to buy two next time. One to wear and one to quilt!
