A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words. Check Out This Easy Way To Create A Photo Quilt!

Ever wanted to take your favorite memories and put them on a quilt? This video tutorial shows you everything you ever wanted to know about how to put your favorite photos on your fabric and make it into a quilt.

Watch the videos on the following pages and you will learn how to print your own photos right on the fabric using a ink jet printer.

You can then use the fabric photos in memory quilts, pillows and wall hangings. We found a couple different methods for getting your photos on the fabric. Just choose which method works best for you.

If you are looking to make a machine washable quilt, you will want to get a spray of your choice from your local quilt shop to set the ink before you try washing it.

You will want to use a thinner fabric to make sure it can run through the printer smoothly.

Both videos recommend using freezer paper to assist when printing your images.

Make sure that your fabric/paper item is large enough to allow for seam allowances around the image if you will be sewing a quilt.
