Quilted Charm Pack Pieced Zig Zag Table Runner – Great Beginners Table Runner

The trick to this simple quilted table runner is the layout of various fabric colors and textures before we starting sewing anything!

In the video on the next page Jenny Doan of the Missouri Star Quilt Co. show us how to lay out the charm pack 5 inch squares to make this crazy looking, but easy table runner.

This is simple, but we have to pay attention to how the layout starts and how to complete the layout.

This quilt does not have a binding and the quilting demonstrated is stitch in the ditch. Use an edge joining foot to help you stay straight and in the ditch.

I used to all the time, just got lucky I guess. But then I saw a friend send a nearly new very expensive machine to the repair shop for a $400 fix.
