Is It Efficient to Make 2 Quilts at Once & Use the Backing as Bindings? Watch the Videos! See For Yourself!

Make the leftover pieces into simple blocks, speed up the process to make second Quilt.

The Result in the 2nd Video is Serendipity. You get 2 quilts for the Price of one and it only takes a few extra seconds of stitching to make an additional block from the first block.

Use the additional blocks to form another quilt with the same fabric. They end up looking similar from a color standpoint and that makes for a great dual gift. That could be perfect for twins!

To Finish the Binding your quilts, we’ve included a binding tutorial that uses the quilt Backing as the Binding.

  1. First Video is a Scrappy 2 quilts in one.  (Uses Left Over Triangles to 2nd Quilt)

  2. Second Video 2 quilts for the price of one. (No Waste)!

I relally like this quilt and would love to play. On the video you kept saying 5 1/2″ blocks and on the written instructions, it says 5″ blocks. Which is correct?
