How To Sew A Six Pointed Star

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O5M4LM6b23I

Sue Daley Designs uses diamond shaped paper. One of the keys is to start in the same point and as we apply glue to the paper and fold the edge of the fabric over to stick to the glued strip on the paper keep going in the same direction. Every diamond shape paper and fabric piece is done in the same exact method. Make sure every diamond shaped piece is glued, folded, on each side in the same direction. After the diamonds are created you’ll stitch them together by hand.

Knowing how to create a six pointed star is important if we like to add unique looks to our quilts. This is a great demonstration with details, they can be tricky, but overall their simple enough that anyone can learn how to do it!
