Fat Quarters Cascade Effect Quick Quilts. 2 Videos quick quilt methods. Kids can do 2nd Foldy Video.

Three Videos The First Video describes various color selections for fat quarters and explains in detail how to achieve the cascading effect quilt. This is a process! It doesn’t require much more time then other quilts, and generates beautiful scaling colors. As you watch the video make sure you have a notepad. Stop the video as you watch it and note the time on the video as you take the note. This will save you time when you want to go back and look at specific tips.

The Second Video is a little different. This is a very unique technique that even kids can do. Or in some cases like me, the not so straight machine stitcher! It’s a very forgiving way to build blocks.

The Third Video has absolutely nothing to do with quilting. But it might provide some inspiration. After watching and listening to it my little brain started thinking about all kinds of ways to use the moving images to form new patterns. Squares with Circles that look like they are moving across the quilt was one idea.
