Get your stash. Don’t look at it too long you already know what;s there.
Select your least favorite fabric as the starting point. Then choose other fabrics that make you feel good.
Draw a pattern on a piece of stabilizer. Simply cut up the least favorite fabric. By cutting it you’ll start to feel better.
Select a location on the drawing, again, that makes you feel good.
Pick up a piece of your least favorite fabric and start sewing.
Don’t plan this. Each time you’re ready for the next piece, look at what you selected, and pick one you like. Don’t think about. Just grab one and go.
